Medical Value Travel Team

  • STEP 1: Our International Patient Relations Officer Will Respond Within 24 Hours:
  • After contacting us, send all your relevant medical reports by mail and we will get back to you with the medical details in order to plan for a treatment, duration of the hospitalization and estimation of cost after evaluating your reports by our Consultants.

    Travel plans should be arranged only after discussing your case with us.

  • STEP 2: Arranging your Travel Plans and visa:
  • Patient(s) & Attendants willing to travel, must send a scan copy of their passport to receive an invitation letter from our hospital for obtaining Medical Visa over there.

    Our Medical Value Travel cell executive will coordinate your travel plans, airport pick-up & drop, accommodation facilities, etc..

  • STEP 3: Don’t Forget To Bring With You
  • Your Passport with valid Medical Visa and also Medical Attendant Visa.

    Your Medical history report(s) including Any doctor notes / Statements / Discharge summaries relating to the past or ongoing treatment (including records of relevant previous surgeries)Copies of Vaccination certificates (Yellow fever, Polio, etc.,)Relevant blood tests / Pathology reportsRadiology reports X-Rays, CT, MRI’s, etc.,Immunization recordsPrescriptions.

    Carry your medication with you at all times.

Visa & Travel Assistance

  • The entry requirements to enter India may vary depending on your country of origin.
  • Patient / Attendant can have treatment in India for both Medical and Surgical Management up to 45 days with any type of Visa (including Employment/ Business / Tourist Visa) except Pakistani Nationals.
  • KMCH will assist for visa Conversion / Extension if the treatment is exceeding more than 45 days from any respective Visas.
