Senior House Officer (SHO) training in General Medicine in South West Scotland and obtained MRCP (UK) from Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in 2003.
Cardiology Registrar training from 2003 to 2008 in various hospitals in Northwest of England specialising in all aspects of Cardiology and adult Interventions.
He then did highly specialised two and half years Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology in University Hospital of South Manchester (Wythenshawe Hospital) from 2008 to 2010.
