- Senior House Officer (SHO) training in General Medicine in South West Scotland and obtained MRCP (UK) from Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in 2003.
- Cardiology Registrar training from 2003 to 2008 in various hospitals in Northwest of England specialising in all aspects of Cardiology and adult Interventions.
- He then did highly specialised two and half years Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology in University Hospital of South Manchester (Wythenshawe Hospital) from 2008 to 2010.

- Consultant Cardiologist in Wexham Park Hospital , Slough, near London before returning to India in 2011.
- Joined Kovai Medical Center Hospital (KMCH) ,Coimbatore in 2011 as Consultant Interventional Cardiologist.
