Disaster Management
The Hospital has also organized a disaster team at the hospital to handle mass casualties arising out of Natural calamities, Rail, Road and Air traffic accidents, Bomb blasts, Riots etc. The disaster management team will have at its service all the hospital ambulances at its disposal for any kind of emergency situation through the control room facility at a very short notice. This Disaster Management team shall also provide network assistance to Red Cross ambulance services and Public sector companies like Airports authority of India, Bharath Petroleum Corporation, Indian oil, Railways etc in case of any fire accidents or any kind of industrial accidents.

- You should bring your photo ID, insurance card, a list of all current medications (including dosage), a list of any known allergies, and the name and contact information for your primary care physician. If possible, also bring a record of your medical history and any recent test results that may be relevant to your current complaint.
- Upon arrival, you will first go through. A registered nurse will quickly assess your condition and symptoms to determine the urgency of your need for treatment. This ensures that the most critically ill or injured patients are seen first. After, you will be registered, and then you will wait to be called back to a treatment area. Wait times can vary significantly based on the severity of illnesses and injuries of other patients in the department.
- When you are medically stable for discharge, the healthcare provider will review your discharge instructions with you. These instructions will detail any new medications, required follow-up appointments with specialists or your primary care physician, and warning signs to look out for. Make sure you understand all instructions before leaving, and arrange for a ride home, as you may not be permitted to drive yourself.
- After your discharge, a record of your visit will be sent to your primary care physician to ensure continuity of care. You may receive a follow-up call from the hospital staff to check on your recovery. You will also receive a bill for the services provided. If you have any questions about your care, recovery, or billing after you leave, you can contact the hospital's patient services or billing department.
